SAVE BIG
with
Insurance Discounts

After Florida's recent history of bad weather, insurance companies have had to raise the rates of most insurance policy premiums. Now, thanks to state lawmakers, Florida homeowners have an opportunity to reduce these costs considerably.

NOTICE: As of July 1st, Florida Statutes require all residential property insurers to offer Florida homeowners "discounts, credits, or other rate differentials..." for construction techniques that reduce damage and loss in windstorms.

The Windstorm portion of your policy can be between 15 to 70 percent of your total premium With one inspection, Certified Building Inspectors can help you start saving substantially on this area of your Homeowners Insurance. Call us today to schedule your Windstorm inspection and save 25% off our standard fee.

All Home Inspectors
are not created equal!

Did you know that currently the State of Florida has no licensing or certification requirements for  Home Inspectors? This may change in the future.  However, right now, anyone can obtain a Florida Occupational License or buy a franchise and call themselves a "Home Inspector."  This can occur with little or no training nor requires any experience.

However, our Certified Home Inspectors also do Commercial Building Inspections which the State of Florida does require licensing, certifications, and experience. All of our home inspectors hold one or more of the following memberships, licenses, and/or certifications as: State Certified Building Inspectors, State Certified Building Plans Inspectors, State Certified Municipal Fire Safety Inspectors, Housing Rehabilitation Inspectors, FHA 203K & SHP Housing Inspectors, The International Building Code Congress (ICC), The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and/or The Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI).  In addition, several of our inspectors also hold Building Contractor licenses to handle all your new construction inspection needs.

Through these associations, CBI Inspectors  keep abreast of the latest technology and innovations in the Home, Building, Mold, Radon, and Termite inspection industries.

And, since we are experienced, licensed, and certified, we can inspect the work of Builders, Contractors, and other home inspectors on residential or commercial buildings.

CBI Inspectors adhere to the industry Standards of Practice & Code of Ethics.  In addition to these standards, our inspectors must earn continuing education credits by attending regular seminars/workshops to continually maintain their membership in the above associations and keep their proficiencies current.
