No, a home inspection is a written, professional opinion of the condition of the home at the time of the inspection. Certified Building Inspectors cannot predict or forecast the life expectancy of a working system.

Certified Building Inspectors may only tell you the condition of the home at the time of the inspection, including any needed repairs. We cannot fix the issues we find during the inspection.
